Mint Tea with Milk
Mint tea is widely famous because of its refreshing taste and fragrance. Mint tea has many antibacterial properties and drinking 1-2 cups of mint tea a day can help you in improving your digestion.

- 1 Saucepan
- 1 Cup
- 1 Strainer
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 tsp Black Tea Leaves
- 3 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Notes
- Add 1/2 cup water and mint leaves to the saucepan.
- Bring the water to boil on a medium flame.
- After the water starts to boil, add 2 tsp of black tea leaves to mixture.
- Let the tea leaves steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of milk, 1 tbsp of sugar, and ginger slices to the mixture.
- Bring the mixture to boil on a medium high flame so that the sugar gets completely dissolved.
- Strain you tea into a cup and serve it instantly.
