Honey Garlic Tea

Having garlic tea in the morning helps a lot in reducing weight and controlling cholestrol. It is also proven that drinking garlic tea helps in improving blood circulation.

Equipment

  • 1 Saucepan
  • 1 Strainer
  • 1 Stirrer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 tsp Black Tea Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 Garlic Cloves

Notes

  • We will start the recipe by adding 1 cup of water and 2 garlic cloves to the saucepan.
  • Bring the water and garlic mixture to the boil.
  • After boiling the water reduce the flame and add 2 tsp of black tea leaves.
  • Let the tea leaves steep for 2-3 minutes for stronger taste.
  • Add 1 tbsp of honey to the saucepan and stir the mixture for few seconds.
  • Strain your tea into a cup and your tea is ready to get served.
