Turmeric Tea with Milk
Drinking turmeric tea daily helps a lot in mantaining your health. It is already proven that turmeric has many medicinal properties. It helps in preventing Alzheimer and it also boosts immune system.

- 1 Sucepan
- 1 Strainer
- 1 Stirrer
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Black Tea Leaves
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
Notes
- To begin with the recipe, add 1/2 cup of water to the saucepan.
- Bring the water to boil.
- Switch off the flame.
- Add 1 tbsp of sugar, 2 tsp of black tea leaves, and 2 tbsp of turmeric powder.
- Stir the mixture for few seconds and then let the tea steep for at least 2 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of milk to the saucepan.
- Put the saucepan on medium-high flame and bring it to boil.
- Strain your tea into a cup and serve it instantly.
