Honey Garlic Tea
Having garlic tea in the morning helps a lot in reducing weight and controlling cholestrol. It is also proven that drinking garlic tea helps in improving blood circulation.

- 1 Cup Water
- 2 tsp Black Tea Leaves
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- We will start the recipe by adding 1 cup of water and 2 garlic cloves to the saucepan.
- Bring the water and garlic mixture to the boil.
- After boiling the water reduce the flame and add 2 tsp of black tea leaves.
- Let the tea leaves steep for 2-3 minutes for stronger taste.
- Add 1 tbsp of honey to the saucepan and stir the mixture for few seconds.
- Strain your tea into a cup and your tea is ready to get served.
