Lemon Garlic Tea
Garlic tea is widely consumed as a remedy for cough and cold. It is recommended to drink garlic tea early in the morning.

1 Strainer
1 Stirrer
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice or Lemon Extract
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 tsp Black Tea Leaves
- To begin with the recipe add 1 cup of water to the saucepan.
- Add 2 garlic cloves into the water.
- Boil the water for 1-2 minutes on medium flame.
- After the water starts to boil switch off the flame.
- Add 2 tsp of honey and 1 tbsp of lemon extract to the mixture.
- Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds to make sure that the lemon and honey gets mixed well.
- Add 2 tsp of black tea leaves to the mixture.
- Let the tea leaves steep for 2 minutes.
- Again put the mixture on medium flame for 1 minute.
- Strain your tea into a cup and serve it instantly.
