Bubble Tea Recipe with Condensed Milk
Bubble Tea was first originated in Taiwan in 1986. The name bubble tea came because of its different texture from normal tea and tapioca pearls which gives it a different taste.
Equipment
- 1 Saucepan
- 1 Cup
- 1 Strainer
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Shaker
Ingredients
- 4 Cup Water
- 2 tbsp Black Tea Leaves
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 2 tbsp Tapioca Pearls
- 2 tbsp Honey
Notes
- Add 2 cups of water to a saucepan and boil it for 1 minute.
- Add 2 tbsp of tapioca pearls and cook them for 3 minutes.
- Remove the tapioca pearls from the water and store them in a bowl.
- Drain the cooking water.
- Add 2 tbsp of honey into the bowl and mix them well.
- After mixing tapioca pearls with honey add 1 cup of water to the saucepan.
- Put the saucepan on a medium flame till the water starts to boil.
- Add 2 tbsp of loose black tea leaves and let it steep for at least 5 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of milk into the saucepan and bring it to a boil over a medium flame.
- Add 2 tbsp of condensed milk, ice cubes, and honey to a shaker and shake it for 15 seconds.
- Add iced condensed milk to a cup.
- Put your earlier cooked tapioca pearls into a cup.
- Add your prepared tea over tapioca pearls.
- Put your tea in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- After refrigerating your tea take out and enjoy your drink.
