How to make Bubble Tea without Milk

Bubble tea is not a true tea like black tea, green tea, etc. But it is famous for its different texture from normal tea because of the chewy tapioca pearls.

Equipment

  • 2 Saucepan
  • 1 Strainer
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Cup

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Black Tea Loose Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Honey or 1 tbsp of Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Tapioca Pearls

Notes

  • Add 3 cups of water into a saucepan.
  • Boil the water for 2 minutes over a medium-high flame.
  • Add 3 tbsp of tapioca pearls into the boiling water.
  • Cook it for at least 4 minutes.
  • After cooking remove your tapioca pearls from boiled water and put them in a bowl.
  • Take 1 cup of water in a saucepan.
  • Boil it for 1 minute over a medium flame.
  • Add 1 tbsp of loose black tea leaves into the saucepan.
  • Let the tea steep for 4 minutes for a stronger taste.
  • Add  1 tbsp of honey or 1 tbsp of sugar into the saucepan.
  • Again boil the mixture for 1 minute over a medium flame so that the sugar gets dissolved completely. 
  • Put your earlier cooked tapioca pearls into a cup.
  • Pour your tea into that cup through a strainer and enjoy your tea.
