How to make Bubble Tea without Milk
Bubble tea is not a true tea like black tea, green tea, etc. But it is famous for its different texture from normal tea because of the chewy tapioca pearls.

- 4 Cup Water
- 1 tbsp Black Tea Loose Leaves
- 1 tbsp Honey or 1 tbsp of Sugar
- 3 tbsp Tapioca Pearls
- Add 3 cups of water into a saucepan.
- Boil the water for 2 minutes over a medium-high flame.
- Add 3 tbsp of tapioca pearls into the boiling water.
- Cook it for at least 4 minutes.
- After cooking remove your tapioca pearls from boiled water and put them in a bowl.
- Take 1 cup of water in a saucepan.
- Boil it for 1 minute over a medium flame.
- Add 1 tbsp of loose black tea leaves into the saucepan.
- Let the tea steep for 4 minutes for a stronger taste.
- Add 1 tbsp of honey or 1 tbsp of sugar into the saucepan.
- Again boil the mixture for 1 minute over a medium flame so that the sugar gets dissolved completely.
- Put your earlier cooked tapioca pearls into a cup.
- Pour your tea into that cup through a strainer and enjoy your tea.
