How to make Bubble Tea without Tapioca Pearls

Bubble Tea is first originated in Taiwan. You can add as many flavors as you wish in form of syrups to make it your own personal tea flavor. It also has chewy tapioca pearls which makes it different from your usual tea.

Equipment

  • 2 Saucepan
  • 1 Strainer
  • 1 Cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Black Tea Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Tapioca Pearls
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Notes

  • Add 1 cup of water to a saucepan.
  • Switch on the flame and boil the water for 1 minute.
  • Add 2 tsp of black tea leaves to boiled water.
  • Let the tea steep for at least 5 minutes for a stronger taste.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water into the saucepan and 2 tbsp of sugar.
  • Heat the water till the sugar gets completely dissolved.
  • Take another saucepan and add 1 cup of milk to it.
  • Add 2 tbsp of tapioca pearls to the milk.
  • Bring the milk to the boiling point over a medium-high flame.
  • Remove the tapioca pearls from the boiled milk.
  • Add the boiled milk into the saucepan of earlier prepared tea.
  • Put the tea in the refrigerator till it gets cold enough to serve.
  • Pour your tea into a cup.
  • Add some ice cubes on top of it.
