Green tea with lemon and ginger can be very helpful in boosting metabolism. On the other hand, ginger helps very much in detoxing your body because of its richness in fiber, and lemon adds vitamin C which will help in reducing heart diseases.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Green Tea Loose Leaves
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 3 Ginger Thin slices
  • 1 tsp Lemon Extract

Notes

  • Pour 1 cup of water into a saucepan.
  • Add green tea leaves, lemon extract, and grate 3 thin slices of ginger and add them to the mixture.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Reduce the flame and put it on sim for 3 minutes for a stronger taste.
  • Add some sugar according to your preference.
  • Pour it into the cups through a sieve to avoid any loose leaf or ginger in it.
