Mint Tea with Honey
Having a mint tea is a great way of refreshing yourself especially in summer season. It helps in refreshing our breath, our mind and releasing stress from our body because of its unique fragrence and taste.

- 1 Cup Water
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Black Tea Leaves
- 3 Thin slices of Ginger
- 3 Mint Leaves
- We will start our recipe by adding a cup of water, thin ginger slices, and fresh mint leaves to a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil on medium high flame.
- After the water starts to boil, add 2 tsp of black tea leaves to the saucepan.
- Let the tea leaves steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Once you observe that the color has changed, add 1 tbsp of honey to the saucepan and stir the mixture for 30 seconds.
- Strain your tea into a cup and your tea is ready.
