Green tea holds benefits of its own. Green tea nowadays is chosen by a number of people and is being consumed for weight loss. Moreover, green tea helps in a lot of things such as improving the health of your heart, helps in fat loss. It helps in weight loss by increasing the burning of fat.

Equipment

  • Strainer
  • Vessel – To heat water

Ingredients
  

  • ½ tsp Tea Leaves
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ tsp Sugar tsp (optional)

Notes

  • First of all, take a vessel and add 1 cup of water to it.
  • Heat water but do not boil it. In order to prevent the bitter taste boiling water isn’t used for preparing green tea.
  • When water is heated add ½ tsp Green tea leaves to the heated water and stir properly.
  • You may use a strainer to strain the tea leaves.
