Matcha Latte with Cold Foam is different from other tea latte becasuse of its extra thickness. Froth milk gives it a extra foamy texture and unique taste.

- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Water
- Add 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan and boil it over a medium flame.
- After boiling water add 2 tsp of matcha powder and 1 tbsp of honey to a cup.
- Add 1/2 cup of boiled water to the cup.
- Stir the mixture for 1 minute till everything gets mixed well.
- Add 1/2 cup of milk in a milk frother.
- Add froth milk on the top of water and matcha powder mixture.
- Add 2 tbsp of milk foam on top of mixture.
- Stir your latte with the help of stirrer or whisk. Enjoy you Latte.
