Matcha Latte with Cold Foam is different from other tea latte becasuse of its extra thickness. Froth milk gives it a extra foamy texture and unique taste.

Equipment

  • 1 Saucepan
  • 1 Cup
  • 1 Stirrer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Water

Notes

  • Add 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan and boil it over a medium flame.
  • After boiling water add 2 tsp of matcha powder and 1 tbsp of honey to a cup.
  • Add 1/2 cup of boiled water to the cup.
  • Stir the mixture for 1 minute till everything gets mixed well. 
  • Add 1/2 cup of milk in a milk frother.
  • Add froth milk on the top of water and matcha powder mixture.
  • Add 2 tbsp of milk foam on top of mixture.
  • Stir your latte with the help of stirrer or whisk. Enjoy you Latte.
