Matcha Latte with Oat Milk

Generally Matcha latte is made with green tea and milk so it is safe to say that it is healthy for your body if it is consumed once or twice in a day. It is more thicker then our normal tea which also gives it a slight different texture from other teas.

Equipment

  • 1 Saucepan
  • 1 Cup
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Jug

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Notes

  • Add 1/2 cup of water and let the water boil for 1 minute.
  • After water starts to boil switch off the flame and let the water rest for 3-4 minutes in a jug.
  • Add half cup of oat milk to the saucepan and put the saucepan on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  • Remove the saucepan from stove top before the milk starts to boil.
  • Add 2 tsp of matcha powder in a cup.
  • Add the boiled water in the cup.
  • Mix the matcha powder and powder with the help of whisk.
  • Add 1 tbsp of Honey to the cup and again whisk it.
  • Add warm milk to the cup and stir it.
  • Now your latte is ready to get served.
