Bubble Tea Recipe without Black Tea

  • 1 Strainer
  • 2 Tea Mugs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Topioca Pearls
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Macha Powder

Notes

  • Let us begin this recipe by adding 2 cups of water with 1/2 cup of white crystallized sugar into a saucepan. Boil the syrup on a medium flame for the next 3-4 minutes until the sugar gets completely dissolved. Take out the syrup in a bowl and let it cool down at room temperature. 
  • Now, our next step is to boil the tapioca pearls, take a saucepan and add a cup of tapioca pearls and 1/2 cup of water boil it for the next 5 minutes. then drain out the water with the help of a strainer. 
  • Take a Bowl and add 2 cups of Milk, Boiled Tapioca pearls, and boiled sugar syrup. mix it for the next 2-3 minutes.
  • Add 2 tbsp of macha powder to the bowl and mix it properly. 
  • Take 2 Glass Mugs and add pour the smooty into it . Add ice cubes if required
  • The smooty is ready to be served.
