Bubble Tea Recipe Brown Sugar is an all-time favorite recipe. This is the perfect drink to serve at breakfast even at hot summer lunch timings.

  • 1 Saucepan
  • 1 Strainer
  • 2 Cups
  • 1 Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup  Tapioca pearls
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
  • ! Cup Water

Notes

  • Take a Saucepan and add a cup of distilling water with a quarter cup of Brown sugar.
  • Boil the mixture on a medium-high flame until the Brown sugar gets dissolved in water. It will take hardly 3-4 minutes. 
  • Now, pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool down at room temperature. 
  • Now, boil 1 cup of  Tapioca pearls in 1/2 cup of warm water for the next 5 minutes on a medium flame. Now switch off the flame and let it cool at room temperature. 
  • Now, add the  Tapioca pearls to the Brown syrup mixture. Add 2 cups of milk to that bowl. 
  • At last, Add 2 tbsp of chocolate syrup and serve the mixture in Tea Mugs. Add ice if required.
