- 1 Cup Tapioca pearls
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
- ! Cup Water
- Take a Saucepan and add a cup of distilling water with a quarter cup of Brown sugar.
- Boil the mixture on a medium-high flame until the Brown sugar gets dissolved in water. It will take hardly 3-4 minutes.
- Now, pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool down at room temperature.
- Now, boil 1 cup of Tapioca pearls in 1/2 cup of warm water for the next 5 minutes on a medium flame. Now switch off the flame and let it cool at room temperature.
- Now, add the Tapioca pearls to the Brown syrup mixture. Add 2 cups of milk to that bowl.
- At last, Add 2 tbsp of chocolate syrup and serve the mixture in Tea Mugs. Add ice if required.
