Fruit Bubble Tea Recipe

Bubble Tea with fruit syrup is a unique way of getting refreshed especially on summer days. Its fruity flavor makes it different from your other usual tea.

Equipment

  • 2 Saucepan
  • 1 Cup
  • 1 Strainer
  • 1 Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Black Tea Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Fruit Syrup of your choice
  • 4.5 Cup Water
  • 3 tbsp Tapioca Pearls

Notes

  • Add 3 cups of water into a saucepan.
  • Bring that saucepan to boil.
  • Add 3 tbsp of tapioca pearls into the saucepan and cook them for 4 minutes.
  • Remove the tapioca pearls from boiled water and put them in a bowl.
  • Add half a cup of water into the bowl.
  • Add 2 tbsp of fruit syrup of your choice into the bowl and mix it well. 
  • Add another cup of water into the saucepan.
  • Put the saucepan on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes till it starts to boil.
  • Add 1 tbsp of black tea leaves and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  • Add tapioca pearls and syrup mixture into the saucepan.
  • Put the saucepan on a low flame for 1 minute.
  • Strain your tea into a cup and enjoy your bubble tea with fruit syrup.
